A creamy white onion soup with a gruyere croute.
Pigeon and Foie Gras terrine with our Pear Chutney and toast.
Tian of Smoked Salmon and Prawns with rocket.
Red pepper ciabbatta Bruschetta with Grilled King Prawns.

Traditional local Roast Turkey roast potatoes, a pork and apricot stuffing, sausage and bacon,
proper gravy and vegetables.

Pave de Boeuf. A thick cut of tender Beef cooked medium rare and served with a shallot,
pancetta and red wine reduction, fried Parmentier potatoes and vegetables of the day.

Grilled Fillet of Sea Bream with a pea, saffron and Cornish Crab Risotto, finished with virgin lemon olive oil.

Steamed Tortelloni filled with wild mushrooms and Ricotta, on wilted spinach with a sun dried tomato,
olive and basil butter.
